The Role
We’re thrilled to be partnering with a successful, full-service agency as they look to find their next Head of Paid Media. As the most senior member of the Paid Media team, you’ll take full ownership of the department’s strategy, operations, and performance. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage and mentor Paid Media Specialists, driving growth for both clients and the agency itself.
You’ll be responsible for setting the department’s vision and ensuring that all campaigns and initiatives deliver outstanding results. Working closely with other department heads and the Founders, you’ll harness an integrated approach to digital marketing, championing collaboration and innovation across teams. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, spotting new opportunities for growth, and ensuring high standards of client service and retention.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the Paid Media team, building a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement. You’ll also help shape the agency’s service offering by introducing new ideas, tools, and processes that push the agency, and the industry, forward.

Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a paid media environment.
- A strong track record of strategic planning, team management, and driving performance growth.
- Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration with a critical thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Recognised thought leadership, contributing to industry trends and best practices.
- Advanced certifications or specialist knowledge in paid media is highly desirable.
