We’re now looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer who shares our dedicated approach to relationships and service, to help drive Digital Tonic forward.

The Role

We’re looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships, but who’s also ambitious and excited by working in a fast paced, target driven, but highly rewarding environment.

This job is all about communication, and you will speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience, and assess their suitability for current and future roles. You will manage job applications and responses to advertising, but we don’t simply wait for candidates to come to us, you will use various job boards and in depth targeted LinkedIn projects to find and dig out the best talent in the market, and you’ll build out regular targeted campaigns to engage with this audience.

You will need to have a confident phone manner for this job, with an ability to strike up rapport and build good relationships. You’ll need good writing skills to draft job adverts, to communicate with candidates and clients via Email and Social Media, and to write up profiles on the candidates we’re representing.

You will need to be highly organised as there are a lot of processes in place, and we must record information accurately on all of our systems. You will be given in depth one to one training on all of the internal systems, as well as specific industry knowledge so you truly understand the candidates you’re speaking with.

Finally you’ll need problem solving skills and a willingness to use your initiative when finding ways to attract and target the best candidates in the market. We will show you various methods, but this job requires tenacity, self-motivation, proactivity, and a willingness to keep searching even when the search is tough.
