The Role
We’re on the lookout for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing & eCommerce Manager to join a long-standing eCommerce brand on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer with strong eCommerce expertise to take full ownership of marketing and trading activity, driving both customer acquisition and retention.

Day to day, you’ll oversee all marketing and e-commerce activity, managing an Executive alongside a network of freelancers and agencies. You’ll need to balance strategy with execution – leading end-to-end campaigns while rolling your sleeves up to optimise performance in real time.
If you’re commercially minded, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on business growth while enhancing customer experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and mentor others
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £45k. This is a 12 month FTC maternity contract, where you will be ideally office-based 4 days a week at the start, with potential to reduce this down to 3 days a week in the office after the first couple of months. We can also consider requests for part-time hours (4 days a week).
