Cheltenham Hybrid Full time

Circa. £40,000

The Role

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and unique global fashion brand as they look for a new eCommerce Manager. Based in Cheltenham, this company is continually growing and expanding into new territories, going from strength to strength.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the website performance across both UK and US Shopify sites, working closely with the Head of eCommerce and Digital. This is a pivotal role where you can have a huge impact, at an exciting time of growth for the company. You’ll take ownership of onsite trading and merchandising while continuously striving to enhance the user experience, with support of a web agency for website development.

Your role will be nice and varied, and will involve monitoring and improving website performance, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience. You will also co-lead the onsite trading and merchandising strategies to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the web development agency to identify opportunities for UX/UI enhancements and implement effective solutions. You will also be very influential in the website layout, so we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who is very user-experience focused.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a busy eCommerce role, ideally within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Strong expertise in UX and UI, with a focus on improving customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and its integrations.
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary of c.£40k on offer here, but for a superstar, we are able to look above this. Culture fit is hugely important within this business, and so if you do not tick all of the boxes in terms of experience, but have previous experience working in luxury retail within the marketing/digital function, then please do apply.
