Bristol Hybrid Full time, Permanent

Circa. £50,000

The Role

Are you a commercially minded eCommerce specialist looking for an opportunity to take ownership and drive growth? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing online retail brand as their first dedicated eCommerce Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy and scaling the business.

Following the launch of a brand-new website and expanded product range in 2024, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising all aspects of the online store. From overseeing website performance and customer experience to managing paid media and CRM strategy, your focus will be on driving revenue and maximising conversion. You’ll take full ownership of Shopify management, CRO, email marketing, and digital trading, ensuring the website consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning. You will have the support of 3rd party agencies across paid media and email, but we are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck into areas that they are not necessarily well-versed in, as this is a small, family run business.

You’ll work closely with the Founders to forecast revenue targets and implement a data-driven approach to growth. As the business grows, there’s scope to build and lead a team, making this an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious eCommerce professional looking to make a real impact.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager (or similar), ideally within a premium lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, SEO, CRM, CRO, and website development – comfortable leading agency relationships
  • Skilled in GA4 and Looker Studio, with the ability to analyse performance data and provide insights
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects using tools like Asana
  • Comfortable working in a small business environment, with a hands-on, adaptable approach
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience working towards revenue targets

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of up to £50k, along with flexible, hybrid working pattern, 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, staff discounts, a beautiful office in central Bristol, and excellent career progression opportunities.
