Are you currently working in an eCommerce or Digital Marketing Executive role and looking to take that next step up? Do you have a real love of premium brands and the fashion industry? Then we have something quite unique for you here.

We’re supporting a wildly successful luxury retail brand in the Cotswolds, as they recruit a eCommerce Executive to join their friendly, creative, and talented team. This brand has been established for over 15 years and has been on an incredible brand journey over the last 5, really carving out a name in the premium market. But that’s not all. This brand is the epitome of quality, hand-made products, and you will feel a huge sense of pride working at the heart of the business.

In your role as eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible for a real variety of tasks, as well as supporting the eCommerce Manager. No two days will be the same, and typical activities in this role will include overseeing email marketing campaigns, setting up segmentation within Klaviyo, working closely with the 3rd party digital marketing agency across PPC and SEO, management and resolution of website issues, working with the Shopify agencies on website updates and changes, as well as being a go-to person for Execs and Assistants within the team who need support with ad-hoc tasks.

The unique thing about this role is that there is a large element of shaping the role around your own key strengths and interests. There’s a huge opportunity to grow within CRM and email marketing, but also across wider team management and mentoring. This role would be suited to those who have previously worked in an owner/founder-led business, where being adaptable, agile, and always willing to help others are important traits.

In return, you will be working for one of the brands of the moment. This is a career-defining role and will put you in fantastic stead for a rewarding career in eCommerce/digital marketing.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience mentoring junior colleagues would be an advantage
