The Role


Are you passionate about fashion, ecommerce, and writing content that sells? We’re working with a fast-growing British fashion and lifestyle brand that’s making waves both at home and abroad – loved by celebrities, influencers, and even royalty. They’re now on the lookout for a talented Ecommerce Assistant to join their in-house digital team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their ecommerce career—perfect for a marketing graduate or junior exec looking to build experience with a premium retail brand. Working closely with the ecommerce and marketing teams, you’ll help ensure the brand’s online presence is always looking its best – from product launches to seasonal campaigns.

You’ll be based at their stunning HQ just outside Cheltenham, surrounded by countryside charm and fashion-forward energy.

Skills and Experience


We’re looking for someone who can bring the following:

  • Proven experience in content writing, ideally for ecommerce or retail websites

  • Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail

  • Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to product content

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and keyword research tools (desirable)

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (preferred)

  • A team player with a flexible attitude, especially during busy product launches or seasonal periods

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes

  • Full UK driving licence (due to the office’s location)
