Cheltenham Hybrid Full time, Permanent

Circa. £50,000

The Role

We are thrilled to be partnering with a luxury travel company in Cheltenham, as they embark on their search for a new Digital Marketing Manager. A newly created role to support their digital growth strategy for 2024 and beyond, we’re looking for someone with a very strong set of skills in digital acquisition as well as CRO.

Working for a prestigious brand that is the epitome of luxury travel and adventure, you will ideally have a passion for global travel and an excellent knowledge of the world around us to be able to truly understand the user journey from the consumer perspective and then create paid media campaigns to acquire potential new customers and create a seamless user experience to support some ambitious goals.

Whilst you’ll be joining an established business, there is a real sense of renaissance with the brand and the direction it’s headed for, and you will be right at the heart of that. Working within a small, friendly team all passionate about travel, you’ll be given plenty of autonomy and room for trialling ideas in a test and learn way.

The core deliverables of your role will be to manage the strategy and execution of all paid media campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, and display ads, as well as tracking site traffic and conversions, working closely with the IT and development team in overseeing website functionality improvements, and spearheading the website personalisation strategy and execution. You’ll also be line managing an SEO Executive and so we do require a solid understanding of organic search – both technical and on-page.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant, hands-on paid media experience
  • Excellent understanding of CRO and the user journey
  • Experience marketing a premium/luxury product and understanding a longer lead time for purchases
  • Ability to develop accurate customer personas and create personalised journeys based on these
  • Line management experience would be advantageous but not essential

Benefits

There’s a competitive salary on offer here of up to £50k as well as a hybrid working pattern of 2 days WFH (Mondays and Fridays), and a strong route for progression. You’ll also be entitled to 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays and a company pension of course.

Sound good?
