The Role
We’re looking for a confident and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital channels, drive lead generation, and oversee website development and performance for a global medical brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing the digital strategy across four websites, working closely with an agency on paid media, and leading the digital marketing efforts in the UK market whilst managing a small team.

You will lead all digital marketing efforts for the UK market, but will work closely with your European market counterparts when executing global campaigns.
In this varied role, you will be overseeing the development and continuous improvement of 4 websites, which includes a Shopify eCommerce store, and a B2B wholesale platform, as well as overseeing content production and SEO activities, management and guardianship of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and the set up and ongoing management of workflows, and agency management for paid media.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, but experience with Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Klaviyo, or similar is valuable).
- Experience in both a B2B and B2C environment would be ideal
- Ability to interpret and present marketing data in an accessible format using Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Search Console.
- Experience managing digital projects, liaising with developers, and optimising user journeys.
- Confident working independently and making data-driven decisions.
