We’re partnering with a growing and highly innovative technology business that has delivered consistent double digit year on year growth and continues to invest heavily in new product development. Operating internationally, the business supplies customers across North America, Europe and beyond, with opportunities to attend European trade shows and industry events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that’s genuinely known for innovation within its sector. You’ll play a central role in bringing new products to market, taking ownership of digital launch campaigns across multiple channels, driving visibility, generating inbound enquiries and supporting the continued growth of the business. Whilst the company remains predominantly B2B focused, they’re also launching an exciting new direct to consumer proposition, creating additional opportunities to shape the future direction of digital marketing.

We’re ideally looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, however we’d also be keen to hear from ambitious marketers who may not yet hold that title but can demonstrate a strong product marketing background, genuine curiosity, a desire to learn and the drive to develop into the role. The ability and willingness to work from the office 5 days per week is essential.

The Role

Reporting to an experienced and highly supportive Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of the digital strategy behind new product launches, ensuring innovative products are supported by engaging campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and commercial success.

This is a broad digital marketing role spanning content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, website management, lead generation and a small amount of marketplace activity. You’ll create and deliver campaigns that support both existing products and new launches, helping drive visibility across multiple international markets whilst generating high quality inbound opportunities for the sales team.

Content will play a big part in this role, whether that’s developing launch campaigns, creating educational content, introducing new video content to bring products to life, supporting SEO initiatives or ensuring the business remains visible across emerging AI driven search experiences. You’ll also own email and CRM marketing activity, helping engage customers through product launches, thought leadership content and ongoing nurture campaigns.

Success in this role will be measured through increased traffic, visibility, stronger digital engagement and, most importantly, a growing volume of high quality inbound enquiries that support the continued growth of the business.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a digital marketing focused role, with exposure to multiple digital channels
  • Strong campaign management experience, particularly across digital
  • Experience managing and updating websites, with an interest in UX and customer journeys
  • CRM and email marketing experience, ideally including knowledge of automations, workflows and customer nurture campaigns
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to bring product stories and launches to life
  • Good understanding of SEO and how content can support organic visibility
  • Experience planning and supporting product launches would be highly beneficial
  • Experience within a B2B marketing environment would be advantageous
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to use data and insight to inform decision making and measure success
  • A naturally curious mindset and genuine interest in emerging digital trends, platforms and technologies
