Ascot Hybrid, Remote Full time, Permanent

£27,000 - £32,000

The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a small but talented digital team. As a key player in the team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the company’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital presence and driving their mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing to grow the brand’s online community, increase engagement, and deliver measurable sales growth.

You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including email marketing, content creation and social media management, and assisting with paid media campaigns. You will also work closely with influencers and ambassadors to amplify the brand’s reach. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact while learning and growing in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

You’ll be at the heart of developing and curating engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms. From social media to email campaigns, you’ll produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content that resonate with the audience. You’ll also oversee the planning and execution of social media and email marketing calendars, ensuring all campaigns align with the brand’s goals and are delivered on time. Managing PPC and social media ads will also be a key part of the role. You’ll support the planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns across various platforms, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, and email marketing platforms (preferably Klaviyo)
  • Experience setting up, running, and analysing PPC campaigns would be highly desirable
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise strategies based on data
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with a proven ability to develop innovative campaigns
  • A qualification in marketing or a related field is advantageous

Benefits

Depending on your experience, there is a salary on offer here of up to £32k. You will be entitled to 25 days’ holiday with the option to buy an additional 5 days a year, and the working pattern is 1 day a week in the office in Ascot, with the rest being remote.
