We are delighted to be working with a fantastic digital marketing agency in Bristol as they look to hire a Digital Marketing Account Manager. This role would be so well suited to those with agency-side experience across search marketing (PPC/SEO) who love to be involved in client strategy, and who are excellent at communicating with clients. This role will see you being a key point of contact for a roster of clients, and effectively keeping them up to date with campaign performance, as well as really understanding their business goals and challenging them to get the very best results.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundational knowledge in both SEO and PPC, at enough of a level to understand client wants and needs, and to talk their language when it comes to monthly reporting and handling day to day queries. You will have ownership for collating monthly reports, working closely with channel heads for more technical insight, but pulling this together and communicating performance with your clients.
This agency offers the opportunity to work with some amazing clients across a variety of sectors, so no two days will be the same! In addition, they offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office as well as a competitive salary of up to £45k.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience working in either a digital account management position or working in a hands-on digital marketing role with plenty of stakeholder management
- The ability to be client-facing and effectively communicate on marketing activities
- Knowledge of digital marketing elements such as SEO, PPC and social media
- Be able to effectively manage and organise your workload through prioritisation
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45k as well as the opportunity of hybrid working with 2 days per week in either Bristol, Salisbury or Southampton.
