Bristol Hybrid, Remote Full time, Permanent

£55,000 - £65,000

The Role

We’re working with a fast-growing international InsurTech brand that’s on a mission to transform the way consumers manage, understand, and interact with insurance, making it smarter, simpler, and more human. With huge investment in their digital customer experience, CRM is right at the heart of the strategy.

We’re now looking for a Technical CRM Manager with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience to join their expanding CRM function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help deliver personalised, multi-channel customer engagement at scale, shaping automated journeys that support acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term loyalty.

You’ll work closely with CRM strategists, product managers, engineers, and data teams –  teaming up with an internal SFMC Engineer  to build campaigns, enhance the CRM infrastructure, and continuously push performance forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining their Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing automation, segmentation, and CRM strategies that drive smarter engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and Sales teams, you’ll configure and optimise the platform, co-develop and execute multi-channel automated campaigns, and use customer behaviour and performance data to turn insights into impactful activation. You’ll ensure documentation is clear and up to date, support internal adoption and capability growth through training, and continually ensure that the CRM strategy is aligned with commercial goals and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Expertise in automation, segmentation, and CRM personalisation
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product & Engineering
  • Data-driven mindset, we need you to be very comfortable analysing performance & user behaviour
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in a fast-moving digital environment – SaaS or an app-based business would be hugely advantageous

Benefits

Depending on your level of experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £65k here. You’ll also be entitled to a great benefits package including 22 days of annual leave (rising with service), a wellbeing day, Bupa Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Death in Service, an Electric Vehicle Scheme, hybrid working with flexible hours, plus training and personal development support, a company pension plan, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme. There are also two paid volunteering Impact Days each year, a wide range of exclusive discounts, and regular social events.
