The Role
We’re hugely excited to be supporting a thriving DTC brand in North Somerset, in their search for a brand new Digital Marketing Manager. This is a fun role that will see you managing the online acquisition and retention channels, with a heavy focus on paid media activities.
Working as part of a fully-fledged marketing team, you will oversee the development, planning and execution of the digital acquisition strategy, across paid search, paid social, SEO, and affiliates predominantly. You’ll be a commercially driven digital marketer who is very analytical, and meticulous. You will also be responsible for the ongoing reporting and analysis of web traffic and conversions, and be able to analyse performance across business KPIs. Alongside driving acquisition, you will oversee the retention marketing strategy and management of the Klaviyo platform. Retention is such an important component of the marketing strategy, and as such, you will have ownership of the subscription programme and will be responsible for driving growth in subscribers and subscription revenues.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social and shopping
- An understanding of SEO best practices and principles
- Prior experience managing CRM and email marketing strategy and execution
- Strong analysis and reporting skills is essential in this role
