£30,000 - £35,000
The Company
We’re partnering with an established engineering business that provides innovative products and service solutions across global markets. With a strong reputation for technical innovation and continued investment in its marketing function, this is an exciting time to join a growing team and help bring complex products, customer challenges and success stories to life.
The Role
This is a varied Marketing Executive position covering content, digital marketing, integrated campaigns, events, website management and marketing operations.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll help deliver campaigns that strengthen the company’s market position and support engagement across multiple customer touchpoints. You’ll create content including case studies, articles and customer stories, translating technical information into clear and engaging communications.
You’ll also support exhibitions and customer events, manage website updates and landing pages, coordinate email campaigns and automation journeys, and maintain marketing systems and CRM data. Alongside delivery, you’ll track campaign and website performance, using the results to improve future activity and customer journeys.
This would suit a proactive and organised marketer who enjoys working across the full marketing mix and wants the opportunity to develop within an innovative, technical business.
Skills & Experience
You’ll ideally have around two to four years’ experience within a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similarly broad marketing role.
You’ll have experience supporting integrated marketing activity across content, campaigns, events and digital channels.
Strong writing and content creation skills are important, alongside the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, customer-focused stories.
You’ll be comfortable using marketing technology such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, automation tools, website CMS platforms and analytics software.
Experience managing website content and supporting SEO, landing pages and digital campaigns would be beneficial.
You’ll be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technology or another technical B2B environment would be useful, but isn’t essential if you are comfortable learning about complex products and markets.
You’ll be able to work from the company’s Portishead office for a minimum of three days per week.
Benefits
Alongside a salary of £30,000–£35,000 and hybrid working, you’ll receive 26 days’ holiday, a company bonus of up to 10% of salary, Bupa healthcare, a 5% employer pension contribution, critical illness cover and death-in-service cover worth five times your salary. Additional benefits include two paid volunteering days each year, a cycle-to-work scheme, discounted in-house massages and regular staff events, including a summer conference and Christmas party. You’ll join a growing marketing function where you can gain exposure to a broad mix of content, digital campaigns, events, marketing technology and website activity.
