The Company
We’re partnering with an innovative engineering business that designs and delivers specialist products and technical solutions to customers across highly regulated industries. Following continued growth and expansion into new markets, they’re investing further in their marketing function and are now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to help drive demand generation, strengthen customer engagement and elevate the company’s brand presence.
The Role
This is a broad, commercially focused marketing role where you’ll take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution across digital, campaigns, events and customer engagement. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting the next phase of business growth by developing integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, strengthen customer relationships and communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and engaging way.
Working closely with Sales, Product and technical teams, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels, manage exhibitions and industry events, oversee website performance, SEO, email marketing and CRM, while ensuring marketing activity is measurable and aligned with wider commercial objectives. You’ll also manage external agencies and suppliers, continually analyse campaign performance and use customer insight and data to optimise future activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, technology or another technical sector.
- Strong background in integrated marketing, demand generation and campaign management across both digital and offline channels.
- Experience managing websites, SEO, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive continual improvement.
- Comfortable working closely with Sales and technical stakeholders to translate complex products and services into engaging marketing campaigns.
- Experience organising exhibitions, conferences and customer events would be highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategic planning alongside hands-on campaign delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its journey, where marketing is recognised as a key driver of commercial success. You’ll have the opportunity to shape campaigns, influence strategy and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. There is Hybrid / Flexible working, a company related bonus after 12 months, Private medical Scheme, 26 days holiday and more.
