The Role

As PR Executive, you’ll support the PR Manager in delivering the company’s PR strategy across media, influencer and VIP channels. Working within a fast-paced luxury fashion environment, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, strengthening relationships and ensuring the brand continues to secure impactful coverage and partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within PR, influencer marketing or social media who is looking to further develop their career within a highly respected luxury brand. You’ll gain exposure across multiple areas of PR, working closely with media contacts, influencers, VIPs and internal stakeholders whilst supporting high-profile campaigns, events and brand activations.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of media relations activity, assisting with incoming press requests, product loans, imagery requests and sample trafficking. You’ll help coordinate the timely delivery and return of samples for media opportunities, photoshoots and editorial placements whilst supporting press outreach through the distribution of lookbooks, press releases and brand updates.

Alongside media relations, you’ll play an important role in supporting influencer and VIP activity. Working closely with the wider marketing and PR teams, you’ll help identify and coordinate partnerships with influencers, ambassadors and VIPs that align with the brand’s positioning and objectives. You’ll assist with outreach, relationship management and ongoing communication, helping to build long-term advocacy.

You’ll also support influencer campaigns and content delivery, ensuring activity remains aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This will include coordinating content approvals, tracking deliverables and supporting the successful execution of partnerships across multiple channels.

A key aspect of the role will involve supporting VIP dressing opportunities, product seeding activity and key brand moments. You’ll assist with the coordination of gifting, deliveries and event-related activity whilst ensuring all communications and partnerships align with seasonal campaigns and wider business priorities.

In addition, you’ll support the planning and execution of PR events, influencer activations and VIP experiences. From guest list management and invitations through to on-the-day event support, you’ll help deliver memorable brand experiences that strengthen relationships and drive engagement.

Using campaign and performance data, you’ll assist with reporting across press, influencer and VIP activity, monitoring metrics such as reach, engagement and campaign performance. You’ll also support affiliate partnerships and influencer-led sales activity through platforms such as LTK and Klarna, helping to track performance and manage related administration.

Skills and Experience

• Some previous experience or an internship within PR, influencer marketing or social media
• A strong interest in fashion, luxury brands and the influencer landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Confidence communicating with internal stakeholders, influencers, media contacts and external partners
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A collaborative and positive attitude
• Experience within fashion, lifestyle or luxury brands would be advantageous
• Media PR experience would be beneficial
• Experience using affiliate platforms such as LTK or Klarna would be advantageous
• An understanding of fashion media and influencer networks
