The marketing team is collaborative, creative and evolving, offering the chance to work closely with multiple departments and play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-brand campaigns across every touchpoint.

The Role

This is a pivotal hire within the marketing team, acting as a true number two to the Marketing Manager and bringing structure, organisation and momentum to a fast-paced and highly collaborative function.

At its core, this role is about owning campaign delivery and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You’ll take the lead on coordinating marketing activity across product launches, brand campaigns and events, working closely with internal teams including creative, PR, e-commerce, retail and digital.

A key focus will be managing frequent and agile product launches. You’ll be responsible for staying ahead of weekly marketing plans, building highly visual campaign packs, and presenting clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders. This requires someone who can confidently take ownership, manage multiple priorities and keep all moving parts aligned.

You’ll also support on broader brand campaigns, from pulling together insights and briefing creative teams through to managing timelines and ensuring delivery across channels. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll ensure that creative output aligns with the original vision and is executed to a high standard.

Events play a significant role in the marketing calendar, particularly across key seasonal moments. You’ll be instrumental in planning and delivering brand activations, ensuring alignment across social, digital and physical presence. From coordinating assets and managing logistics to supporting on-site execution, you’ll act as the conduit between teams to bring everything together.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role suited to someone who enjoys project ownership, thrives in a reactive environment, and can confidently manage multiple campaigns at once.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a marketing role
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital, e-commerce, social media, PR and events
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Experience building campaign plans, briefing creative teams and managing timelines
  • Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise activity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners
  • Experience within a fashion, retail or luxury lifestyle environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Exposure to events or experiential marketing
  • A strong visual eye and appreciation for brand and creative execution
  • Some exposure to social media, supporting planning or execution
