Frome Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£30,000 - £35,000

Do you enjoy seeing the direct impact of your campaigns on business growth? Want more ownership over strategy and performance?

We’re partnering with a growing business in the home improvement sector that’s investing heavily in digital marketing to support its next stage of growth. With multiple established brands already generating strong demand, they’re now looking for a Paid Media Executive to help scale lead generation performance even further.

This is a business where marketing plays a genuinely important role. You won’t be stuck managing tiny pieces of activity or waiting weeks for decisions to be made. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, influence performance across several brands and work closely with the wider business to drive commercial results.

The culture is collaborative, fast-paced and hands-on, with plenty of opportunity to test ideas, explore new channels and make a visible impact.

The Role

This is a hands-on Paid Media role focused on generating high-quality leads through PPC and paid social campaigns.

You’ll take ownership of activity across Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on campaign optimisation, conversion performance and ROI. The business cares about lead quality and commercial outcomes, not just clicks and impressions, so you’ll play a key role in helping drive measurable growth.

Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, you’ll continuously analyse performance, identify opportunities and improve the customer journey from first click through to enquiry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing PPC campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max
  • Running paid social campaigns across Meta
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-led optimisation decisions
  • Improving landing page and lead funnel performance
  • Reporting on ROI, lead quality and acquisition performance
  • Supporting creative testing and ad copy development
  • Exploring new channels and growth opportunities

Because this is a growing business with a collaborative team culture, there will also be opportunities to support wider digital marketing activity and contribute ideas beyond paid media.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on paid media experience and a genuine interest in performance marketing within a lead generation environment.

You’ll ideally bring experience across:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max, with a good understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting and conversion-focused campaign structures
  • Running paid social campaigns across Meta, including campaign setup, audience creation, creative testing and ongoing optimisation to improve lead quality and reduce CPA
  • Experience using Microsoft Ads to support wider acquisition activity and maximise reach across search campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance, spot trends and make data-led optimisation decisions
  • Working with GA4, conversion tracking and attribution tools to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and landing page performance, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Managing campaign budgets, forecasting performance and reporting on ROI and lead quality
  • Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating on creative ideas that improve engagement and conversion performance
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a genuine interest in improving campaign performance through continuous experimentation

Experience within home improvement, construction, property or other high-consideration sectors would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

Most importantly, they’re looking for someone proactive, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to take ownership within a growing business.

Benefits

Alongside a salary of up to £35,000, this role offers the opportunity to join a growing business where your work will have genuine visibility and impact. You’ll have real ownership over paid media activity across multiple brands, the freedom to test new ideas and the chance to work in a collaborative environment where marketing is valued and progression opportunities are available as the company continues to grow.

Sound Good?

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely influence performance, have your ideas heard and play a key role in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
