The Role
This is a hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager role where you’ll sit at the heart of delivery.
You’ll be the link between client and creative – taking briefs, translating them into clear deliverables, coordinating shoots and edits, managing timelines, and ensuring everything lands on time and to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with creative teams, understanding how social content is produced and helping to resource and schedule work effectively. At the same time, you’ll be in constant communication with the client – building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery is smooth, accurate and on brief.
You’ll act as the internal voice of the client, maintaining quality control across all output and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. With a high volume of work moving quickly, organisation, attention to detail and clear communication are absolutely key.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in account management, project management or client services, ideally within an agency, though in-house people with relevant experience and the right personality could excel in this role.
- Has a strong understanding of social media and content creation workflows
- Is highly organised and thrives managing multiple projects at pace
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering error-free work
- Is a confident communicator, comfortable managing client relationships day-to-day
- Enjoys working closely with creatives and coordinating production processes
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
