Are you an experienced Account Manager who loves building genuine client relationships and driving digital marketing success? This is your chance to join a specialist marketing agency working with ambitious healthcare clients across SEO, websites and paid ads.

You’ll play a key role in helping clinic owners grow their businesses by defining strategy, delivering great work, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. This is a role for someone who’s strategic, commercial, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of healthcare and medical clients, ensuring each one feels like your top priority. From onboarding to ongoing success, you’ll build strong and honest relationships, translating results into stories clients understand and value. You’ll craft smart, data-driven marketing strategies across SEO, UX, and paid media, collaborating closely with internal teams to make sure every campaign hits the mark.

This is a hands-on role where communication and organisation are key. You’ll set up proactive touchpoints, keep projects running smoothly, and spot opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships. Most importantly, you’ll bring a balance of professionalism, personality, and positivity to everything you do. Essentially, you’ll be someone who clients genuinely love working with.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in account management and strong relationship-building skills. You’ll have a solid understanding of digital marketing across SEO, Google and Meta Ads, analytics, and UX. You’ll also be sharp and inquisitive and always have your eyes on the full picture across your portfolio of clients.

You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident presenting to clients. A fast learner who takes initiative, you’ll also be a great communicator, team player, and someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. Experience in healthcare or private clinics would be a bonus, as would time spent in a digital agency environment.
