The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager who thrives on the technical side of SEO while also shaping strategy, with a real focus on SEO for the future. You’ll own the full SEO lifecycle across a growing group of brands, where you will be responsible for auditing, optimising, and building scalable roadmaps that deliver long-term results.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving technical improvements, keyword targeting, and on-page optimisation, while also leading the evolution of our SEO strategy into the AI-driven, generative search landscape. You’ll collaborate with freelancers and content specialists, influence leadership, and lay the groundwork for paid media integration in the future.

Skills & Experience
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive technical SEO expertise across audits, CMS optimisation, site architecture, schema, and site speed
- Proven ability to build and deliver SEO strategies that drive measurable performance
- Experience managing or working with external content resources (writers, agencies, freelancers)
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Awareness of how AI, generative search, and conversational search are shaping SEO
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical detail to senior stakeholders
