The Role
We’re thrilled to be working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS business as they look for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to help design and deliver a marketing engine that really drives growth. This is a fully remote and full time role, there’s no potential for reduced hours at this time.
This exciting company is reshaping how energy companies around the world build and run custom applications, and with current clients that include BP and Shell, they already work with some of the biggest companies in the world. Although you’ll target some large scale multi asset businesses, there are also thousands of mid to large scale operators to target.
This is not a simple business as usual role — it’s a chance to design and deliver a marketing engine that really drives growth. You’ll be leading the charge on building out an MQL strategy, leaning into ABM, and creating the campaigns, content and demand generation programmes that will fill the funnel and power the sales pipeline.
You’ll need to be willing to roll your sleeves up to build out campaigns, and to even write the copy yourself. The sales cycle is fairly long with high value prospects, but the retention rate is very strong, currently at around 85%. The client base is global, and the key partners are critical — so the work you do will directly shape growth in Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond.
Skills and Experience
- Bring at least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS
- Deliver integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, PPC, ABM and events
- Build and manage an MQL engine, using tools like HubSpot and Webeo
- Create content that cuts through — from blogs and case studies to sales collateral
- Work confidently with sales and channel partners to generate pipeline
- Balance strategy and execution, with a data-driven approach to optimisation
- Results focused, always looking to analyse and improve upon campaign performance
Benefits
You’ll be joining a business at such an exciting time, with fresh funding and set on an ambitious growth journey. In return for your work you’ll get a competitive salary (£60k-£70k), complete flexibility with remote working, unlimited holiday, company shares, a personal training budget, a generous pension contribution, and a full package of private healthcare, life insurance, and income protection. It’s a modern, high-trust culture where you’ll be given freedom, ownership, and the chance to shape something career-defining.
