The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Biddable Media Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance marketing agencies in the medical and healthcare space. Following huge growth in 2024, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the paid media function at a business with real momentum.

In this role, you’ll take the lead across both paid search and paid social – managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. You’ll be client-facing, commercially focused, and deeply involved in strategic planning, with plenty of autonomy to test, optimise, and innovate.

This is the ideal role for someone with hands-on paid media experience and a sharp analytical mindset who wants to play a central role in a scaling business. You’ll be part of a close-knit team based in the heart of Brighton & Hove, with a collaborative, ambitious, and transparent culture.

Skills and Experience

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in biddable media, ideally agency-side

  • Proven track record managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of Meta and Google Ads; TikTok Ads a bonus

  • Experience using third-party bid management and tracking tools (e.g. Search Ads 360)

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills – confident in forecasting, reporting and insight

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts with a keen eye for detail and performance

  • Passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £40k, but we could consider slightly more for the right person, so please don’t be discouraged if your salary expectations sit slightly above this. The working pattern is a hybrid split of 2-3 days a week in the office, with the rest being remote. We’d also happily consider someone on a part-time, 4 days a week basis.
