The Role

We’re delighted to be recruiting a Head of Marketing for a successful and fast-growing online retail group based in Cheltenham with a portfolio of premium stores.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function across multiple brands, leading both strategy and execution in a creative, customer-focused, and data-driven environment. The business already operates across a wide range of channels including Google PPC, Display, SEO, Social, Email, Print, and is now focused on scaling both UK and international reach.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll shape the marketing roadmap, lead campaign planning, manage key channels, and play a key role in optimising customer acquisition and engagement. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver performance-driven results.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with at least 3 years in an eCommerce environment.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, shopping and display campaigns, and Google Analytics.
Proficient with email marketing platforms, skilled in managing content and UX across websites, with a strong understanding of customer journey optimisation.
Creative flair with an eye for content that engages—across web, email, social, and print.
Able to supervise and lead a small marketing team while collaborating with designers, developers, and external agencies.
Commercially minded with a focus on customer growth, retention, and profitability as well as strong project management and communication skills, with experience managing campaigns across paid and organic media.
