The Role
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Head of Marketing and Communications for an exciting estate based in Wiltshire, ensuring it reflects the Estate’s heritage, quality, and objectives. This role involves driving the marketing strategy to support the commercial success of the Estate’s businesses. The Head of Communications will develop marketing plans and budgets, manage cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the Estate’s branding, digital presence, and public relations efforts are aligned and effective.
Skills and Experience

Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and communications, ideally within a hospitality or estate management context.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead marketing teams.

Expertise in developing and implementing marketing plans, budgets, and strategies with a focus on ROI.

Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and website optimization.

Strong understanding of PR, content creation, and partnership development to increase brand exposure.

Knowledge of data management, GDPR compliance, and health and safety regulations within a marketing context.
