Bristol Hybrid Permanent

£28,000 - £32,000

The Role

Are you a driven marketing all-rounder with a flair for organising polished events and delivering impactful campaigns? We’re looking for a Marketing Events Executive to join a growing SaaS and consultancy business with a reputation for data-led innovation and thought leadership.

This is a broad and rewarding role where you’ll be responsible for content creation, campaign coordination, and—importantly—planning and promoting high-quality events. From roundtables to industry dinners and product showcases, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional brand experiences.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you’ll be the go-to marketing person—trusted to take ownership, ask the right questions, and run with ideas. If you’re confident, curious, and ready to get stuck in, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark as part of a fast-paced, employee-owned B Corp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and promote B2B marketing events (dinners, roundtables, conferences)

  • Lead content creation across digital channels (website, social, email, video)

  • Coordinate campaigns to support product launches, brand growth, and events

  • Handle all event logistics: venues, invites, guest lists, follow-ups

  • Collaborate with the product and commercial teams to create compelling assets

  • Own website updates and SEO-friendly content

  • Track campaign and event performance and report on outcomes

  • Champion brand consistency and help shape tone of voice

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or consultancy environments

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver polished, well-branded events

  • Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-minded and data-savvy, with an eye for detail and design

  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CMS, and Excel

  • Able to juggle multiple projects and work proactively

  • Confident working autonomously and asking the right questions

  • Passion for quality delivery and a real sense of initiative

Benefits

  • Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 p/a

  • Part-time or full-time considered (min. 22.5 hours/week)

  • Hybrid working with flexibility

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off

  • Holiday buy/sell scheme

  • Profit-related bonus scheme

  • Health cash plan + pension

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Employee-owned, certified B Corp with values-led culture

  • Clear development and progression pathways
