The Role
Are you passionate about paid media and ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join a well-known UK household brand based in Bristol. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
You will play a key role in managing budgets, and ensuring that campaigns are aligned with overall business goals as set by the senior leadership team. By tracking and analysing performance, conducting A/B tests, and generating actionable insights, you’ll help maximise campaign effectiveness. Working as part of a wider paid media team, you’ll be working directly alongside some of the most talented paid media marketers in the industry, providing an amazing opportunity for personal growth and learning.
You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, applying your insights to continuously improve performance. Skills and Experience
- Experience in managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Bing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement creative campaign ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing client relationships.
- Solid understanding of budget management and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of other marketing channels such as SEO and Affiliates is a plus.
- Passion for keeping up with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of up to £35k, and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week remote. Other benefits include 25 days’ annual leave, product discounts, up to 6.5% pension contribution, salary sacrifice scheme, and an annual discretionary bonus.
