The Role

Are you a creative and commercially minded marketer looking to work with some of the world’s leading active and outdoor brands? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fashion and lifestyle agency, supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns across retail, digital, PR, and events.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and engaging with retail and brand partners. You’ll be responsible for executing a 12-month rolling marketing plan, managing seasonal campaigns, and coordinating brand activations across the UK and internationally.

From working on trade shows and influencer partnerships to supporting digital and print campaigns, this is a varied role that requires a proactive, hands-on approach. A strong understanding of active and outdoor brands, particularly within the running and trail categories, is highly desirable.

With regular travel to London and international events, this is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer with a passion for outdoor lifestyles to make a real impact.

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within retail or brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of retail marketing, event management, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven experience in project management and campaign execution.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, retail partners, and agencies.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A genuine passion for active and outdoor lifestyles.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
