The Role
Digital Tonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a charity based in the South West that offer remote working – This is an incredibly exciting time for the business as they are launching digital product platforms.
This is a new role for the business, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the project, manage the day to day delivery and co-ordination of the digital products. There will be a key focus on ensuring content, planning, programming and commissioning offers and an engaging and effective experience.
You will be a well-rounded Product Marketing Executive with experience of manage content creation, user journeys, and focus groups for a product portal, whilst leveraging data insights and metrics to improve user experience.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of updating content and copy for the portal ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Develop and review user journeys, proposing recommendations for improvement.
- Utilise Google Analytics to report on key metrics, digital engagement, and user experience.
- Analyze data insights to enhance the user experience and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines, collaborating with other teams to maintain brand standards.
Benefits
There’s a good starting salary on offer (up to £30k). This is a remote based role with monthly travel required for team meetings, you will have 29 days holiday available with your birthday off as well, you can also buy and sell additional days.
