The Role 

Are you a data-driven PPC specialist with at least a year of agency experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment and want to work around like-minded individuals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join a vibrant, medium-sized digital agency in the heart of Leeds!

We’re working with a highly successful, employee-owned agency that has developed a strong reputation within the paid media sector. The PPC team is passionate about enabling clients to succeed across various sectors, including property and travel. As an employee-owned company, every team member shares in their success. Because of this, the team is incredibly collaborative and close-knit. 

As a PPC Executive, you’ll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals and deliver data-driven results that make a measurable impact. Your work will span a diverse client base, giving you plenty of variety. 

Skills and Experience 

• At least 12 months’ experience in a PPC role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
• Experience with Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft ads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £30k, and a host of other benefits which include 29 days’ annual leave inclusive of Christmas shutdown, tax-free annual bonus, employee ownership, central office location, hybrid working, and plenty of career opportunities and progression routes.
