The Role
We’re thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a boutique media agency in central Bristol, on their search for a new Paid Social Manager. This is a small but mighty, B Corp certified agency, and you’ll be joining at an exciting time, due to a number of successful client wins.
In your role as Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for campaign activations for a number of household brands across Meta and TikTok Ads primarily, but also other platforms such as YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You will work in tandem with your clients in the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns that vary in budget and scale. You’ll have a keen eye for what makes a social ad campaign successful, and will be comfortable working across all major social platforms. You will also work closely with a paid search and programmatic specialist.

Skills and Experience
- At least a couple of years’ experience working in a hands-on paid social role
- Demonstrable experience building and activating campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads
- Client-facing experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Benefits
Depending on experience, there’s a salary on offer here of up to £35k, alongside a very generous bonus of up to 20% of your basic salary, an excellent pension contribution, 30 days’ holiday, hybrid working, and private medical insurance.
