These brands all sit within the home and outdoors space, with each brand being well established in their own right. Sitting in the wider marketing function, you’ll be supported by specialists across SEO, PPC, email, marketplaces, brand, and creative, enabling you to utilise the breadth of skills around you to generate revenue growth onsite.

You will play a key role in both acquisition and the onsite customer journey, and as such, we’re looking for someone who really understands the importance of SEO and PPC and how to understand key metrics and performance indicators. You’ll be very commercially driven and be continually assessing performance of all digital channels to be able to work with the team to move the dial and in turn, increase sales and average order values. A key metric of success in this organisation is ROAS, so we are looking for someone who has experience working with ROAS targets. Because of this, previous experience in PPC would be hugely desirable.

As well as being involved in digital acquisition, you’ll be heavily involved in website performance projects, one of those being a website re-platform, as well as CRO and UX testing. You will be naturally curious and unafraid to put forward ideas and suggestions to constantly site design and performance.

This isn’t all. There are also plans to grow the business internationally, which will see your remit build and with that comes the opportunity to step into a global, senior leadership role. This is all dependent on what you can bring to the role and the organisation.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in an eCommerce role that traversed acquisition as well as onsite performance
  • A strong understanding of paid and organic search
  • Excellent commercialism and ability to work to KPIs such as ROAS targets
  • Previous experience in paid media would be very desirable
  • International experience would be advantageous but is not essential
