The Role
Digital Tonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a charity based in the South West that monthly travel to the office – This is an incredibly exciting time for the organisation focusing on some exciting digital and web products.
The role will focus on leading on the website strategy and long-term vision to continue to build upon a best-in-class website. The successful candidate will be in charge of crafting of a product vision (short- and long-term), converting
it to a concrete strategy that includes innovation and automation., whilst monitoring and evaluating of product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, SEO tools, and technical SEO, including content optimization and heatmapping/testing tools.
- Extensive experience managing websites, content management systems, and third-party platforms like CRM, donation funnels, and volunteer management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Looker Studio or Power BI for data reporting, conversion marketing, and data capture optimization.
- High-level understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and its impact on website performance.
- Proven experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and upskilling colleagues or volunteers on website management best practices.
- Strong awareness of GDPR and legal requirements, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Benefits
There’s a good starting salary of Circa £37k. This is a remote based role with monthly travel required for team meetings, you will have 29 days holiday + bank holidays available with your birthday off as well, you can also buy and sell additional days.
