Digital Tonic are delighted to be working with an amazing product manufacturer based in Bath as they look to hire a Trade Marketing Manager. The company work with some exceptional Global brands as white label products, and your role will be to activate these through both in store and online channels.
This is a fast paced role where you will need to stay on top of market trends, of competitor activity and take on customer feedback. There’s a lot of stakeholder management, and you’ll have regular meetings with Sales, with the NPD team as well as the Brand Managers, as well as big trade customers. There’s a broader digital team as well to support with activating through owned channels.
This is a role that requires good project management skills and exceptional communication skills to deliver product launch campaigns. You’ll have a creative eye, and although you won’t be involved in creating the assets, you’ll utilise these as part of the launch campaigns. There are occasional tradeshows and events that will run over a weekend, but these are few and far between, and there is huge value in getting out to meet customers and to see their products on the shelves.
The company is fast growing and as such you will see good progression opportunities. There is hybrid working on offer, but you will need to be able to get into the Bath office 4 days a week and work from home on Fridays.
Skills and Experience
- 3 years experience in a Product/Trade Marketing role
- Strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of both online and offline channels
- Experience managing budgets
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Be familiar with digital and print marketing
- Ideally holding a relevant degree or professional qualification i.e. CIM
