The Role

Are you obsessed with social media, live and breathe social trends, and have a flair for fashion? A much-loved name on the British high street, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead their organic social strategy from our Head Office in Cardiff.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced Marketing team where you’ll take the reins of content planning and creation across TikTok and Meta platforms. We want someone who understands the rhythm of fashion retail, the passion of all things social, and can bring both to life through engaging, on-trend content.

You’ll be responsible for growing the online community, increasing brand awareness, and leading the charge on influencer and campaign partnerships – driving both engagement and conversion. If you’re plugged into social trends, confident with strategy, and hands-on with content – we want to hear from you.

Skills and Experience

You should bring:

• Proven experience (3/5 years) in social media roles, ideally in fashion retail
• A solid track record of growing social followings and driving engagement organically
• Experience managing and creating for TikTok and Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social algorithms, and influencer strategy
• A natural storyteller – skilled in writing engaging copy and producing eye-catching content
• A keen eye on social trends, especially in football culture and how it intersects with style
• Experience developing and managing a content calendar
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and social ROI
• Strong collaboration skills – working well across PR, Creative, E-comm and agencies
• Confidence managing partnerships, competitions, and influencer campaigns
• A creative, hands-on approach with basic graphic design and video editing skills
