We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Producer to take ownership of this wonderful brand’s social presence – leading channel strategy, shaping daily content, and creating engaging photo and video assets that connect with a passionate audience and elevate the brand’s visual identity.

The Role
As Social Media Content Creator & Producer, you’ll lead the planning, creation, and delivery of social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. You’ll own the content calendar, oversee posting and scheduling, monitor performance, and actively engage with the community to build strong, authentic relationships.
Alongside channel management, you’ll create social-first photo and video content – from reels and stories to editorial and campaign assets – ensuring everything feels on-brand, relevant, and optimised for each platform. You’ll also coordinate and support eCommerce and brand shoots, working with photographers, stylists, and models to brief, plan, and deliver the assets needed for social and digital channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across brand, PR, product, digital, and eCommerce to ensure content aligns with wider campaigns and commercial priorities. As the social lead, you’ll also help guide a junior social specialist, supporting high-quality output and consistent tone of voice.
Skills & Experience
- 4–5+ years’ experience in social media or content roles, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- Proven experience planning and managing social content calendars and posting schedules
- Confident creating social-first photo and video content, with a portfolio that shows platform-relevant work
- Experience coordinating or contributing to eCommerce or brand shoots
- Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut (or similar)
- Organised and strategic, with the ability to balance creativity with deadlines and performance metrics
- Experience in community management, with a natural feel for brand voice and audience engagement
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member is a bonus
