We’re excited to be working with a leading South-West digital agency as they open up the search for an SEO Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO specialist who is curious and inquisitive about AI and answer engine optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about being at the forefront of SEO innovation and AI.
The Role
In this client-facing, strategic role, you’ll go far beyond traditional SEO deliverables. You’ll be building long-term SEO and AEO strategies, optimising for Google AI Overviews, Chatbots, and helping clients stay competitive in an evolving search landscape. You’ll also be tasked with improving conversion outcomes and delivering integrated SEO, AEO, and CRO recommendations.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from enterprise-level ecommerce and B2B brands through to innovative SMEs. You’ll have ownership of SEO planning, delivery, and reporting. This is the ideal role for a consultative SEO who is excited by change, who is also passionate about innovation, and motivated by helping clients thrive in the AI era.
Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience in an SEO role, ideally with exposure to AI search
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including site audits, optimisation, and migrations
- Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO content planning
- Ability to investigate and resolve ranking drops and implement recovery strategies
- Excellent understanding of the interplay between SEO, PPC, and CRO
