The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious SEO Executive to join a growing independent digital marketing agency that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team where ideas are encouraged, hard work is recognised, and personal growth is a genuine priority.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with an Account Manager and the wider digital team to deliver impactful SEO strategies for a range of clients. You’ll craft engaging, search-optimised content, analyse performance data, explore new keyword opportunities, and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to measure success and drive results – while contributing ideas and insights that help clients grow.

It’s a varied, fast-moving role that will keep you on your toes and continually developing your skills. You’ll also benefit from regular training and upskilling sessions, ensuring you stay ahead in a search landscape that’s evolving faster than ever – including the exciting world of AI-driven visibility.

Skills and Experience

• At least one year of experience in an SEO role (agency experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of SEO best practice

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

• Genuine passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with new trends

The role offers a salary between £24,000 and £32,000, depending on experience, with hybrid working (three days in the office and two from home).
