The Role
Are you looking to develop your career as an SEO Specialist? Are you curious and always looking at ways in which a website can be improved and optimised? We’re seeking an experienced and motivated SEO Executive to join one of the South West’s most successful digital marketing agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve website rankings, in a client-facing manner. This is a hands-on position, and so we are keen to speak to those with technical SEO knowledge, who would like to be in an all-encompassing SEO role that also covers content and link-building.
This is a varied role which combines technical and on-page SEO, where your daily responsibilities will include conducting keyword research and analysis, to content audits, writing content, gap analysis, and reporting. Once you are feeling confident and have embedded yourself within the team, you will start to develop SEO strategies as well as executing them, and will also be exposed to link-building. In this client facing role, you will also be responsible for regular reporting to clients and answering ad-hoc questions. Skills and Experience
- 1+ year’s experience in SEO, with knowledge of technical SEO
- Experience using technical SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush and Ahrefs, Moz and/or Screaming Frog
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
There’s a competitive salary on offer here which is dependent on experience, but in the regions of £23-27k, as well as industry-leading training and development, and the opportunity to work for one of the most welcoming and friendly digital agencies out there! The working pattern for this role is 2 days a week in the office, with free onsite parking, and 3 days remote.
