The Role

We’re working with a fun and vibrant agency on the outskirts of Bath, on their search for a new SEO Account Manager to join the team. Are you an experienced SEO with over 2 years’ experience, with a technical SEO oriented background, and looking for a truly inclusive and exciting workplace? This is an established agency that works with a real variety of clients across a number of industries from eCommerce to FMCG to finance to medical. Working in a large SEO team, you will work closely with the Head of SEO in supporting more junior team members, as well as managing a portfolio of your own clients. We’re looking for someone who can conduct a variety of technical SEO tasks such as website audits, web analytics, keyword research, competitor analysis, and be able to formulate insights and use these to make necessary, ongoing website improvements. You’ll be part of a collaborative SEO team and specialists across content and link-building as well as SEO, meaning you’ll have plenty of people around you to learn from and grow with professionally.

This is a client-facing role, although we do not require you to have worked agency-side in the past. What’s more important in this role is that you’re a natural team-player, you are inquisitive, and always looking at ways to improve websites for your clients and have their best interests at heart.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technical SEO capacity
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz
  • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager would be highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
