Are you passionate about paid media advertising, and looking to take the next step in your paid media career? Digital Tonic is excited to partner with a specialist digital agency to find a talented Paid Media Executive to join their team!
The Role
This is an amazing opportunity to work on multi-channel global advertising campaigns, delivering results for some of the most exciting brands in the outdoor, cycling, and active lifestyle sectors. You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and display campaigns, ensuring they’re optimised for performance and efficiency.
You’ll work in collaboration with Digital Media Managers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, strategies, and audience targeting plans whilst keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and platform updates. This is a client facing and hands-on, delivery role.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be developing and executing paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and display channels, managing campaign budgets effectively to drive ROI, continually optimising campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and testing new ad formats. In addition, you will be responsible for analysing performance using analytics tools and providing actionable insights.
Skills and Experience
- Up to 2 years’ experience in paid media, preferably across Google Ads and Meta
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for marketing – an interest in cycling and the outdoor industry is a bonus!
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of up to £32k. The agency offers a hybrid working model of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.
