The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in a brand’s next phase of online growth following a major digital transformation—including a recent move to Shopify Plus. From managing product launches to optimising the customer journey, you’ll take the lead in delivering a standout online experience.

You’ll be the go-to for all things website, ensuring the online store is trading smoothly, looking its best, and constantly improving. You’ll work across product launches, digital merchandising, analytics, email marketing, and even support photoshoots—making this a genuinely varied and rewarding role.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in an eCommerce or digital trading role; Strong knowledge of Shopify (ideally Shopify Plus) and confidence using tools like Google Analytics; A commercial mindset and understanding of trading calendars, site merchandising, and digital content; A sharp eye for detail and a creative flair when it comes to product presentation; Great organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude; A genuine interest in retail, fashion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
