The Role

Digital Tonic are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic digital marketing agency based in Dorest as they look to grow their team and bring in a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The main focus of this role will be to strategically assist in the growth of existing and new client accounts through the use of digital marketing channels. Coming into this role you will need to be able to hit the ground running, so being confident in your ability and decision-making is a must! 

For this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working within an agency or highly commercial, large-scale business. As well as the strategic focus, you will also need to be able to get your hands dirty and work to implement campaigns across PPC and SEO as main channels. Being able to effectively collate, review and make justified decisions from campaign reports and metrics is a necessary skill in this role to ensure your client accounts are trending up with their growth performance. This agency works with a broad range of clients, but you having prior experience working with hospitality and travel clients is highly desirable.

With the office based in Dorchester and very easy to get to via public transport or driving, you will be required in the office 3 days a week as the team is highly collaborative and close-knit. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for more responsibility and a challenge in their next role. 

Skills and Experience 

• At least 3 years of experience working within a digital marketing agency or large-scale commercial business 
• Be able to manage both the strategy and hands-on implementation of PPC and SEO campaigns 
• Have a strong commercial mindset 
• Have the ability to work closely with a larger team across multiple projects 
• Experience working with travel and hospitality clients is desirable
