The Role

We’re partnering with a premium British lifestyle brand known for its timeless tailoring, equestrian influence, and elevated countryside heritage. They’re on an exciting journey of continued growth, and this Senior Buyer role is a real opportunity to shape the future direction of their product ranges.

This is a highly influential position where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end buying process, from early concept and range planning through to sourcing, negotiation, and launch. You’ll be working to ensure every product feels aligned to the businesses signature aesthetic while hitting margin, quality and trading targets.

It’s a role where commercial thinking meets creativity. You’ll collaborate with Design, Production, Merchandising, Marketing and Wholesale to develop cohesive seasonal ranges, identify hero products, and drive strong sell-through across all channels. Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial background within retail buying, ideally from a premium or aspirational brand

• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles, critical paths, and cross-functional development processes

• Skilled negotiator with a track record of achieving margin, quality and delivery targets

• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and present product and trading updates clearly

• Highly organised, analytical and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment

• Strong Excel and PLM experience, with good understanding of trading levers and stock management

• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and drive clarity across departments
