The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients building trusted relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll lead client updates and reviews, keep budgets on track, and translate performance into meaningful insights.

This role isn’t just about maintaining accounts, it’s about taking ownership, spotting opportunities for growth, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. You’ll also mentor Account Executives and collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to deliver high-quality, joined-up work.

Skills and Experience

  • Has agency experience and enjoys the pace and variety of managing multiple accounts
  • Understands digital marketing and enjoys working alongside specialist teams
  • Is confident, resilient, and professional, handling challenges with a level head
  • Is highly organised and skilled at managing time, budgets, and competing priorities
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and builds positive, long-term client relationships
  • Is proactive, uses initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Communicates clearly and consistently with clients and colleagues
