Are you an experienced paid social media specialist looking for a senior position within an award-winning, renowned agency? Then keep reading as this role could be for you…

We are delighted to be working with a Bristol-based performance marketing agency as they embark on a search for a Paid Social Director to join their team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for curating outstanding, innovative paid social strategies for top tier clients, as well as management of paid social media campaigns across Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You’ll work with some famous household name clients primarily, where you’ll have access to strong budgets and buy in for large-scale campaigns. You should be highly experienced in the implementation and monitoring of these campaigns as well as building out reports on performance to feedback to your clients. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a pure paid social background who lives and breathes social media advertising. 

Skills and Experience 

• Significant experience in developing paid social media strategies for large-scale organisations
• Ability to execute paid social campaigns across all major social media platforms
• Excellent working knowledge of Meta, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Ambition and drive to get the best results for your clients 
• Excellent communication skills with the internal team and clients

Benefits

This role offers a hybrid working model where you will be required to be in the Bristol office 2 days per week. Depending on experience, there is a salary of £45k+ on offer here, as well as a host of other benefits which can be discussed on application.
