We’re on the lookout for an experienced and methodical Paid Search Specialist to join a well-established digital consultancy based in Weston-super-Mare. If you’ve worked agency-side and enjoy managing multiple client accounts with precision, clarity, and a personal touch – this could be your next move.

The Role

You’ll join a small but focused team, managing a portfolio of Google Ads accounts for service-led clients across a range of sectors. This is a client-facing role, where your communication skills will be just as important as your technical expertise.

From initial onboarding through to regular check-ins, you’ll play a key role in campaign planning, build, optimisation, and performance reporting. You’ll be based in our Weston-super-Mare office, working independently in a quiet, organised environment with full support and structure from the team.

This is a varied role which will see you building, managing, and optimising Google Search campaigns across multiple accounts, and rebuilding underperforming campaign structures based on real data and business goals. You’ll also conduct keyword research, writing sharp ad copy, and managing exclusions, as well as setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager. You’ll be leading onboarding calls and regular client check-ins and using Asana to manage deliverables and HubSpot to track client information.

Skills and Experience

  • Google Ads Search Certified
  • 3+ years’ experience managing multiple accounts within a digital agency or consultancy
  • Confident leading client calls and managing expectations clearly
  • Proven experience with GA4 and GTM for tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Exceptional written English and strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to campaign delivery
  • Located within a reasonable commute of Weston-super-Mare
  • Comfortable working in a quiet, focused office environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience running lead generation campaigns for legal, healthcare, or service-based clients
  • Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
  • A portfolio of previous account builds or audits

This role is well-suited to someone looking for a small and close-knit team. This role does require you to be in the office 5 days a week, but you will have an early finish at lunch every Friday, giving you an extended weekend. You’ll also be entitled to 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, and plenty of career progression.
