As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading paid search strategies, managing key client accounts, and ensuring successful campaign execution. You’ll be hands-on with implementation while also managing a team of paid media professionals, helping to develop their skills and ensuring best practices are followed. Your role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders, making data-driven decisions, and staying ahead of industry trends to drive continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing paid search strategies across Google and Bing.
  • Managing and optimising campaigns to drive business outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of paid media professionals.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing workflow within your team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Forecasting and analysing campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations through reports and dashboards.
  • Staying updated on industry developments and new paid media tools.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search best practices.
  • Experience managing Google search products such as Performance Max, Shopping, and Demand Gen.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formula-building and data manipulation.
  • A strong understanding of the wider digital marketing mix and how paid media integrates with other channels.
  • Passion for paid media and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
