We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a thriving agency at a hugely exciting time. The Role

You’ll have full ownership of 4–6 clients, planning, running, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. These aren’t small-scale campaigns—you’ll be working with some substantial monthly budgets, delivering impactful strategies that make a real difference.

From early on, you’ll collaborate closely with your clients to understand their goals, shape data-driven strategies, and deliver clear, actionable results. So this would suit a Paid Media Specialist who loves being client facing and taking the lead.  You’ll also have the variety of working across multiple sectors, keeping your skills sharp and your creativity flowing.

Skills and Experience

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in a paid media role.  Some search experience is essential but social can be learned and honed on the job.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Has experience with Google Tag Manager or the ability to learn quickly
  • Is confident in account management and client communication
  • Has worked in an agency environment
